Before booking your venue, make sure to ask whether there are any other events scheduled for that day. You want to feel pampered, attended to, and special on your day, not simply Bride #2 (out of five) or Bride #1 amidst the national sales conference of a major company. If possible, have it written into your contract that you won’t be squashed in with other events in the same space on that day.
